Group 2, Puzzle 1Swimming is really being able to get out from a river you have fallen in without drowning.
Group 2, Puzzle 2The two main swimming strokes are the breaststroke and the crawl.
Group 2, Puzzle 3The breaststroke is very hard to explain in words but I am going to try to do it.
Group 2, Puzzle 4You first float, and then move your legs and hands to a certain position.
Group 2, Puzzle 5Next you move your legs and arms forward, kick your legs out and move your hands round, and then you do this again.

Group 2, Puzzle 7The crawl is very different. It is like kicking except you are much more graceful.
Group 2, Puzzle 8You are in a position like this at first and you then kick out and do long strokes with your arms and legs.

Group 2, Puzzle 10Swimming is great fun and everybody should try it. It is a life-saver.
